Clinical Simulation in Nursing is an international, peer reviewed journal published online monthly. Clinical Simulation in Nursing is the official journal of INACSL and reflects the mission INACSL - To advance the science of healthcare simulation.

Access for Members and Non-Members
Access to journal abstracts is complimentary. Access to full text is limited to subscribers and members. Non-Members may purchase individual articles or access a free trial issue. A subscription to the journal is included with INACSL membership. Members receive an email notification when the monthly issue is released and ready to access. Members access full article of the journal through their INACSL membership on the INACSL website here. Each quarter INACSL staff posts summaries and links to the most popular articles from the previous quarter for members.

- Articles updating guidelines, regulations, and legislative policies that impact simulation
- Leadership for simulation
- Simulation operations
- Real world (practice) and academic uses of simulation
